The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd.




When you first purchase from us, you will be asked to register for the site. In doing this you agree to our terms and conditions of sale and supply as set out here, an agreement that you reaffirm every time you do business with us.

The Lordprice Collection is a trading name of LP Pictures Limited, a company incorporated in and operating in England, and all sales take place in England. All transactions shall be governed exclusively by English law.

In order to buy our goods and services, you have to be legally able to enter into a contract with us, which, among other requirements, usually means that you must be 18 years of age or older. You hereby agree to register with The Lordprice Collection using your true name, address and any other details requested, and when entering credit card or charge card details that you are fully entitled to use that card and that the card has sufficient available funds to cover the transaction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

We will charge VAT on all goods and services supplied to you by us, but if you live outside the EU you will be liable for any taxes and duties due and the payment thereof.

All content on this site such as, but not limited to, images, text, graphics and logos, is the property and copyright of The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. or their respective copyright owners. You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and relating to The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. are vested in The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute any images on www.lordprice.com or www.lordprice.co.uk or any other web site or other source provided by The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. or any part of those images in any manner whatsoever without the express prior written permission of The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd.

The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. are not liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect loss or damage or for any loss of data, money, business or time howsoever caused. The liability of The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. under this agreement (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you. In the event of any consequential loss, The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. can only be responsible for the cost of your order.

The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.

Should any part or term of this agreement be held to be unenforceable or invalid then that part, term or condition shall be deemed severable and the remainder of the agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement from time to time, as well as the details, including price, of goods and services available. Any such changes will take effect from the moment at which they are posted on the site.


Privacy and Security



Any information you give us will be well protected. The Lordprice Collection / LP Pictures Ltd. will not use such information or data or disclose it to any other party, except for the purpose of facilitating delivery of goods you have ordered, without your express permission.

Please note that credit card details supplied to our online store are collected exclusively by our Merchant Partner, Protx, and that we do not have access to these details. This means that we would not be able to "supply another picture using the same card details", for instance, as we do not have access to that information.
